We have briefly introduce ANC wireless earbuds in the past article and also the transparent mode which normally come together with it. This time we are going deeper into the noise cancellation earbuds.
Start by defining the noise cancelling, it refers to a headset that uses a certain method to reduce noise. There are two types of noise reduction headphones: passive noise reduction headphones and active noise reduction headphones.
Moreover, passive noise-cancelling headphones mainly form a closed space by surrounding the ears, or use sound-insulating materials such as silicone earplugs to block external noise. Active noise reduction function is to generate a reverse sound wave equal to the external noise through the noise reduction system, neutralize the noise, and achieve the effect of noise reduction.
Passive noise-canceling headphones mainly form a closed space by surrounding the ears, or use sound-insulating materials such as silicone earplugs to block external noise. Since the noise has not been processed by the noise reduction circuit chip, it only can generally block high frequency noise, and the effect of noise reduction on low frequency noise is not obvious.
The active noise reduction function is to generate a reverse sound wave equal to the external noise through the noise reduction system, neutralize the noise, and achieve the effect of noise reduction. Active noise-canceling headphones have a noise-canceling circuit that counteracts external noise. Most of them use a larger head-mounted design. They can use earplug cotton and earphone shells to block external noise and perform the first round of sound insulation.
When dealing with complex noise environments, the two "active noise reduction" MEMS microphones will pick up the noise in the ear and various external environmental noises respectively and are equipped with an independent intelligent high-definition noise reduction processor to perform counter frequencies on the noises.
This is one more thing that advance earphone users may worry about. Some earphones can pick up different noises and generate different low frequencies accordingly to counter off. However, if the counter frequencies keeps changing or get to a comparatively high frequencies, it would mean a constantly changing or high sound pressure to the users’ eardrums. To those who wear earphones whole day, we recommend getting a pair of constant frequency generating ANC earphones.
We are proud to announce the release of this model. An anc earphone which generates 28dBs constantly for earphone addicts. Improved from the A9, the A8 model has wireless charging function on the wireless charging case. We have labeled this model as a limited edition because its high cost-effective instead of ‘Hunger marketing’: A pair of wireless earphones with a wireless charging pad at only $70.99. Grab a set for yourself while the stock lasts.
In general, the noise cancellation in headphones will not negatively affect your hearing. When you turn on ANC, you may hear a slight hissing sound, nothing more. For some people, this can be annoying and even cause dizziness. However, this hissing sound does not damage hearing.
