Once you finish the form, your warranty will be registered.

 

WHY I CANNOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL AFTER REGISTER THE WARRANTY?

Your warranty has been automatically extended after submitting the form.

WHY THE MUSIC CUT IN AND OUT?
Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earphones and your device. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven / Wifi transmitter around you, which is more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.
Note: Please keep your phone and the master earphone (L) as close as possible to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.
CAN I USE OTHER CABLE TO CHARGE ENACFIRE EARBUDS? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION WHILE CHARING THE EARBUDS?
Please do not use cables to charge the earbuds/charging box other than the one we provided. (Please contact us, if you lose one) Please do not charge your earbuds/charging box unattended or at night to avoid any accident.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Email support@enacfire.com with your defect details and order ID#.
Follow the instructions for shipping. 
When the item arrives in our office, we will check the item and place a new order/refund the purchase as necessary.
