HOW TO REGISTER MY WARRANTY?

Once you finish the form, your warranty will be registered.

 

WHY I CANNOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL AFTER REGISTER THE WARRANTY?

Please make sure that these are followed:
1. Check if you spelled your email address correctly (use all lowercase letters). 2.Check your spam folder. 3. If you find and POWR emails in your spam, move them out of spam and into the inbox or Promotions Tab.

 

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT MANUAL?

WHY THE MUSIC CUT IN AND OUT?
Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earphones and your device. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven / Wifi transmitter around you, which is more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.
Note: Please keep your phone and the master earphone (L) as close as possible to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE EARPHONES STOP CHARGING?
We recommend you to charge the earphones by using our cable. If our cable does not work, please try to use another charging cable or power source to charge the earphones.

Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Email support@enacfireglobal.com (US/ CA) / moongu@enacfireglobal.com (UK) / jpsupport@enacfireglobal.com(Japan) with your defect details and order ID#.
Follow the instructions for shipping. 
When the item arrives in our office, we will check the item and place a new order/refund the purchase as necessary.
